Do you offer emergency electrical repair services?

Yes, we offer emergency electrical repair services on a 24/7 basis. Please be aware that these callouts are charged at a higher price than a pre-arranged appointment.

We also offer a service with a 60-minute response time.

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard repairs and appointments are always scheduled within normal working hours, but we do offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service. 

How quickly can you respond to a service request?

We endeavor to respond to all and any queries made by prospective customers in as timely a manner as possible. No correspondence from us should take more than a couple of business days, usually sooner depending on the level of query.
